February Savvy Kits

Good morning.

This month at Scrapbook Savvy, we are back to the normal three kits. All kits this month have the new CHA range Miss Caroline from My Mind's Eye.

I forgot our normal budget when putting these kits together, so both the He's Savvy and She's Savvy are only $40. The We're Savvy is the usual price of $25 with nearly $30 value. 

All 3 kits are extremely close to being sold out, with low single digits of each left. Here is a look at what is in each kit.

Peek A Boo

Every month I host a sketch challenge over at Scrapbook Savvy. There is a little twist though, we use one of the layouts uploaded to the gallery as our inspiration. 

This month, I used a layout from forum member, Nicolee (cablechic) and created this sketch:

You're Savvy Reveal

I must admit, that I did these layouts last Saturday night, just after I got my kit and have only just yesterday found a few moments to photograph them.

I have created 3 layouts so far and I think I could squeeze out another one or two if I added some more cardstock. As you can see, I have used my kit on a variety of themes.

SUYS Feb Sketch Reveal

I recently made the decision to step down from the Show Us Your Stuff design team. February marks my final month and sketch and I am going out with a bang.

You Are My Sonshine

This month, I took a step back from creating the sketches for Purple Pumpkin, so that another DT member could show off their sketch making skills.

Crece created our sketch this month.

And my layout. I rotated it to the side which meant I had to move a few little bits but the general gist of the sketch is there.

I have used a panda button, small doilie, twine and felt & lace black flower from Purple Pumpkin on my layout.

Sam has already set the February sale date.  Mark Friday 24th February at 7.00pm into your diaries. Don't forget that PP now have their own store and the sale is run through there, not the blog.

The World Is Your Oyster

I'm a bit late is sharing this but will anyway.

Happy Australia Day! I am writing this post before we head off for a family BBQ later today to not only celebrate Australia Day but also Nae's grandfather's birthday.
